Here is the new Cutie Booty and Thigh workout. It’s fun and challenging. The workout targets the glutes (butt) and thighs. There is a breakdown of the exercises on the clip, and the breakdown covers beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises. No equipment is neededĀ for this workout. I used a kettlebell and a step to make the exercises more challenging. I hope you enjoy the video!
1) Curtsey Lunge
2) Jump Squats
3) Attitude Right Leg
4) Squat Jacks
5) Attitude Left Leg
6) In and Out Jump Squat
7) Deadlift (alternating legs)
