Gridiron Challenge Fit Test

Below is the fit test for the Gridiron Challenge. I will be using this as a measure for how well my clients are doing at the begining and end of the challenge. I will also be monitoring BMI, body fat, and weight.

Fit Test

1) Jump Squats for 45 seconds ______

Rest for 90 seconds

2) Chin Ups (no chin up bar, opt for bent over rows and note the resistance) for 45 seconds ______

Rest for 90 seconds

3) Crunches for 45 seconds ______

Rest for 90 seconds

4) Pushups for 45 seconds ______

Rest for 90 seconds

5) Step Ups (no step, opt for jumping jacks) for 120 seconds ______

 

Modified Fit Test

1) Squats (can use ball against wall for support to knees) for 45 seconds ______

Rest for 90 seconds

2) Crunches for 45 seconds ______

Rest for 90 seconds

3) Wall pushups or modified pushups on the floor (from the knees) for 45 seconds ______

Rest for 90 seconds

4) Jumping jacks or tap out jacks (no jump) for 120 seconds ______
