October Challenge “Fall in Love”

I love the Fall. The weather becomes a bit cooler, but not too cool. Going outside is more inviting, as the temperatures are less extreme. Outdoor activities are innumerable. The leaves on the trees change colors and turn the outdoors into a brilliant landscape of warm, rainbow colors. The colors of the leaves reflect the bursting forth of fall fashion. The versatile Fall clothing and accessories inspire creativity and unique style. A variety of squash are ripe for the eating, and crockpot meals of soups, stews, and meats are ready to be tried out. Football season is well underway. The World Series is approaching. Sure, there are some things I don’t love about the Fall, like the short days and the dry air, but all in all, Fall is one of my favorite seasons.

This month I am challenging you to “Fall in Love.” Imbedded in this challenge are several smaller challenges that fall into 2 categories. Those 2 categories make up our 2 main challenges, and are as follows:

1) Enjoy the Fall

2) Express your love.

The majority of our articles and activities will be directed toward those two goals. We will be presenting Fall activities, providing mini workout challenges, talking about Fall fashion and beauty, discussing Fall foods, and learning how to express our love for ourselves and those that we care about. We will be covering a couple of other topics throughout the month, all in the heart of “Fall in love.”
