2) Log Jumps
3) Sandbag Burpee Push Up with Row
4) Plank
Beginner Instructions
1) Dumbbell Pick Up with Diagonal Lift (or do this without weights)
2) Log Jump or Step Over the Log
3) Burpee Push Up with Row (dumbbells); Burpee (modified version with kneeling down to push up from knees instead of hopping back into push up from toes position)
4) Plank (modified, from the knees)
